The conveyor is equipped with the machinery and electrical multiple protection devices,so it's of strong overload ability and high reliability. The heat resistant steel is used as the main assembly of the conveyor, so the temperature of the materials conveyed is up to 850℃. The conveyor is fitted with a droop type driving end or limit counterweight tension end, the chain slackness is automatically absorbed into the length of chain which hangs in a catenary between the idler wheel and the guiding return runner.This conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, building materials and chemical industries to convey pyrite slag, lead and zinc dust, copper smelting steel and steel smelting dust, etc. these materials are of high-temperature and high abrasive. The width of the conveyor is up to 1000mm.
