MSR type high temperature material en masse conveyor
MSR series thermal material conveyor is dedicated horizontal en masse conveyor specially designed for conveying high temperature materials. It stands in the international level, adopt hot strong steel to make main components and water cooling system, it can convey materials temperature up to 650℃,the droop head or limit weight tension tail will be adopt to compensate the thermal elongation of scraper chain. It can be widely used to convey sulfur slag, lead and zinc dust, soot, copper smelting smoke and other high temperature and high mill cut materials in metallurgy, building materials and chemical industries. it have 8 machine sizes, the machine width is up to 800mm; the maximum capacity is up to 60 m³/h; the maximum conveying distance is 80 meters; the maximum inclination angle is up to 10°. Super-wide special scraper conveyor for electrostatic precipitator
Super-wide scraper conveyor for electrostatic precipitator is used to handle the ash in the electrostatic precipitators, it consist of the drive arrangement, head assembly, scraper chain, steady flow device, tail assembly and so on. The conveyor use plate sleeve roller chain to be traction member, the scraper is fixed to the sleeve roller chain plate,the power input to the head device by the open chain, the head wheel is driven by the head shaft then drive the scraper chain to convey materials. The conveyor has scraper chain tension and onti-meandening device,main electrical protective device. The conveyor has wind steady flow device on the top of conveyor in side of electrostatic precipitator which can stabilize the airflow .after ash falling down by gravity,it will be get together by the scraper then conveyed to next process by conveyor, so that can improve the collection efficiency and economic benefits, reduce environmental pollution. The conveyor is especially suitable for electrostatic precipitators change to be flat from cone warehouse, moisture caking dust conveying which easy to absorb, for example it can be used to ash collecting an conveying in light paper industry electrostatic precipitator

chemical industry, etc. This machine has compact structure, good sealing, and flexible process arrangement, can feed
and discharge at multi-points. It adopt plate roller chain as traction components, as rolling friction exist between
traction chain and guide friction, that can reduce running resistance of scraper chain, low consumption, scraper has
long life and can realize long-distance conveying (Lmax = 100 m) and large capacity (Qmax = 700 m³/ h).

bend casing and inlet section are A and B type.. when the B type driving end is selected, it must match the A type vertical casing and bend casing;
when the A type driving end is selected, it must match the B type vertical casing and bend casing; the inlet section will be arbitrary selection.
The type of selection as shown in the above drawing. 3.When the B type driving end is selected, the DO and GO type chain scraper can't be used.
