LS type screw conveyor adopt ISO01050 standard to design and manufacture, and accord with professional standard ZBJ81005.1¡288. The conveyor structure is very innovative, the head and tail bearing install outside the casing; the middle hanger bearing have two interchangeable structure, rolling and sliding with dust-proof sealing arrangement; the discharge end is equipped with cleaning device; the inlet and outlet can be arranged flexibly; low noise, strong adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance. The conveyors adopt nylon and polyflon as sealing arrangement with small resistance and seal wear-resisting. The materials of sliding bearings have casting copper, alloy wear resistant cast iron, canister cornerstone ink less oil lubrication.
