PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The DJ type corrugated and sidewall belt conveyor employs a conveying belt with wave-shaped sidewalls and transverse baffles. The sidewalls, baffles, and base belt form a "trough-like" container for conveying materials, making it particularly suitable for conveying at steep inclines (up to a maximum of 90 degrees). It can be used in power stations, chemical plants, metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, building materials, and light industry to convey bulk materials. Depending on the process requirements, it can be used for single-unit conveying or combined with multiple units or other conveyors to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems.The DJ type corrugated and sidewall belt conveyor can operate within an ambient temperature range of +40°C to -15°C. It is capable of conveying materials with a temperature below 50°C and a bulk density of 0.5–2.5 t/m³. The main technical parameters of the DJ type corrugated and sidewall belt conveyor are shown in the table below.

(1).For small angle (0°≤a≤18°) ,without diaphragm plate; (2).For a larger angle(18°≤a≤40°),adoptTtype. (3).For a large angle(40°≤a≤60°),adoptCtype.
(4).For a large angle(60°≤a≤90°),adopt Tc type or Tcs type. (5).When the diaphragm plate height exceeds 280 mm, adopt Ts or Tcstype diaphragm plate.
DJ corrugated sidewall belt conveyor drive arrangement adopt Y series motor, ZQ or DBY and DCY series reducer, fluid coupling and brake can be configured according to needs. When driving power less than 55, adopt electric drum.
