PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The SDBF type chain bucket conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that is independently optimized and designed based on the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technologies. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined (with an inclination angle of up to 60°) conveying of various powdered and lumpy bulk materials, such as cement clinker, power plant ash and slag, metallurgical raw materials and slag, ore sand, limestone, coke, etc. Its heat resistance and reliability are superior to those of apron conveyors, belt conveyors, and vibrating conveyors. The single unit can achieve a conveying length of about 150 meters and can save more than 50% of electricity compared with apron conveyors. It features a fully sealed structure, which ensures good environmental performance. It is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, coal, chemical, and power generation.
