PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The tooth chip crusher is suitable for crushing small lumps of materials that are prone to moisture absorption,caking,hardening,and have specific particle size requirements.It is particularly applicable to the light industry and paper-making industry,specifically for the crushing of alkali ash in the alkali recovery system of alkaline boilers and the crushing of sodium sulfate (mirabilite) under the mirabilite silo in the feeding system.
The tooth chip crusher features a set of stationary toothed plates arranged symmetrically on both sides with uniform spacing,and a set of rotating hammer blades symmetrically arranged in a spiral pattern on the high-speed rotating main shaft.During operation,the rotating hammer blades overlap and mesh with the stationary toothed plates.
