PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The over-flow screw conveyor is a type of tubular screw conveyor. It consists of a feeding section, a stabilizing section, and an overflow section connected together by a positioning shaft. The feeding hopper is welded to the spiral casing and communicates with its internal cavity. The sealing chamber is integrated with the spiral casing, and a packing seal device is welded onto the sealing chamber. The spiral casing is welded to the discharge chamber with an overflow port. A baffle plate is welded at the overflow port, and a sealing device is welded on the outer side of the baffle plate. The discharge port opens upwards and is equipped with an overflow hopper of a certain height. The over-flow screw conveyor is achieved through the compression by the spiral blades in the opposite direction at the discharge port. The over-flow screw conveyor has an excellent air-locking effect. The equipment features a novel design, simple structure, convenient maintenance, smooth feeding, stable operating performance, good sealing performance, and special structural processes that ensure its durability.
