PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The WLS shaftless screw conveyor is a new product developed by our company. It consists of the drive device, shaftless spiral blade, U-shaped trough, wearing plate, cover plate, etc. It is mainly used in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper, beverage, and environmental protection, especially for conveying strong adhesive materials, viscous paste materials (such as chemical raw materials, waste paper pulp, malt, sludge, etc.), and easily entangling materials (such as household waste). It has unique advantages in these applications.Compared with the traditional shafted screw conveyor, the shaftless screw conveyor adopts a central-axis-free design and utilizes an integral steel spiral with certain flexibility to push the material. As a result, it has the following outstanding features:
1.Strong anti-winding capability: Without the interference of a central shaft, it has special advantages in conveying strip-like and easily winding materials.
2.Good environmental performance: It adopts fully enclosed conveying and a spiral surface that is easy to clean, ensuring environmental hygiene and preventing the conveyed materials from being contaminated or leaked.
3.High torque and low energy consumption: Since the spiral is shaftless, the material is less likely to clog, and the discharge port remains unblocked. Therefore, it can operate at a lower speed, ensuring smooth transmission and reducing energy consumption.
4.High conveying capacity: The conveying capacity is 1.5 times that of a traditional shafted screw conveyor of the same diameter.
5.Long conveying distance: The single unit can achieve a conveying length of up to 60 meters. It can also be installed in a multi-stage series configuration according to user needs to convey materials over ultra-long distances. It is capable of flexible operation. The mobile shaftless screw conveyor developed and produced by our company can operate flexibly and serve multiple purposes. It allows for both bottom discharge and end discharge.
6. Special lining for the trough: The trough is lined with specially designed plates that are easy to replace and are corrosion-resistant and durable.
