PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
●Scope of Application and Features
The PCH type ring hammer crusher is used for crushing various brittle materials.The compressive strength of the materials should not exceed 100 MPa,and the surface moisture content should be no more than 15%.The ring hammer crusher can be widely applied in industries such as coal,power,chemical,light industry,textiles,pharmaceuticals,building materials,metallurgy,transportation,machinery,and residential use.For example,it is used for the crushing of raw coal;crushing of industrial coal for boiler rooms;crushing of coal for power boilers and slag;crushing of lime;crushing of coke and ore;and crushing of fuel and shale.This series of products has unique advantages such as energy saving,guaranteed discharge particle size,high production efficiency,low noise,and minimal dust.
●Working Principle
When the material enters the crusher,it first encounters the impact of the ring hammers that rotate at high speed with the rotor and is crushed.The crushed material is then propelled at high speed towards the inner wall of the crusher for a second round of crushing.It subsequently falls onto the screen plate,where it undergoes further crushing through shearing,squeezing,grinding by the ring hammers,as well as interactions between the materials themselves.The crushed material is then discharged through the screen holes.Impurities that cannot be crushed enter the metal collector and are removed periodically.
