4. The safety supervision department is responsible for dispatching a safety officer to supervise on-site, and is fully responsible for the safety work during the operation. If there is a potential safety hazard, it has the right to stop the operation, and must not leave the post before the end.

5. Before construction, place all kinds of tools required for disassembly at the designated location for disassembly, and check their safety.

Construction safety measures

1. When there is a hidden safety hazard at the operation site during the construction process, the construction operation must be stopped immediately, reliable measures must be taken, and the relevant leaders shall be reported to. The work can only be continued after the unsafe factors are completely eliminated.

2. The construction personnel should obey the command of the person in charge of the construction and eliminate all possible hidden dangers before entering the operation site.

3. Before construction, the person in charge of the construction shall handle the power outage procedures, and the person in charge of construction shall assign a full-time electrician to be responsible for the power outage and transmission. A warning sign of "No power transmission is strictly prohibited" shall be hung up to prevent people from sending power by mistake, and a special person shall be assigned to take care of the power outage.

6. Before each demolition operation is carried out, all things within the scope should be checked, all floating objects, gravel, etc. should be removed to ensure the smoothness of the safety passage. It is strictly forbidden for idle personnel to walk on the construction site.

8. Safety measures for electro-oxidation

When electro-oxidation is required, the following measures must be followed:

(1) The person in charge of the construction shall handle the approval form for the electro-oxidation operation, and the operation can only be carried out after the leaders have jointly reviewed and the relevant personnel have arrived at the site and safety facilities are in place. This measure is attached to the Trial Form.

(2) Before construction, a full-time tile inspector from the Ventilation Division will follow the whole construction process.
​​
(3) The full-time tile inspector is responsible for gas monitoring before construction and during the entire construction process. Only when the gas concentration within 20m near the construction site is less than 0.5% and there is no local gas accumulation, the electro-oxygen welding operation is allowed.

(4 Before construction, the construction personnel shall be responsible for carefully cleaning the flammable objects and sundries within 20m near the construction site.
​​
(5) The person in charge of the construction shall be responsible for equipping at least 2 qualified fire extinguishers at the construction site, laying water pipes to the work site at short distances, fire buckets and other fire-fighting equipment.
​​
(6) Before construction, carefully check the relevant equipment in the construction to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
​​
(7) On-site operators must have knowledge of fire safety and be proficient in using fire extinguishing equipment.
​​
(8) Personnel carrying out electro-oxygen welding must undergo professional training and be certified to work.
​​
(9) Before construction, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted within 50 meters before and after the construction site, and all floating objects, gravel, etc. should be removed to ensure the safety of the work. It is strictly forbidden for idle personnel to walk around the construction site.
​​
(10) The wiring and disconnection of the electric welding machine must be operated by a full-time electrician. The shell and welding parts of the electric welding machine must be grounded, the cable and the handle of the welding handle must be well insulated, and the welding ground wire must not be connected to the steel wire rope, pipeline, belt. It must be installed on the machine, track, etc. and special cables must be provided.

(11) Before the operation, the coal dust, wood chips and other flammable materials must be removed from the operation point to prevent fire. During the operation, arrange one person to sprinkle water on the welding slag drop point to ensure that the welding slag is extinguished in time.
​​
(12) Within 10m around the construction site, the nearby cables, pipelines and other equipment and facilities should be effectively protected with non-combustible materials according to the situation, and non-combustible materials should be used under the construction site to receive sparks.
​​
(13) Immediately after the construction is completed, withdraw the welding machine, oxygen, acetylene and other items to the designated location on the ground.
​​
(14) During the construction process, when it is found that the gas concentration within 20 meters of the operating point reaches 0.5%, the construction operation must be stopped immediately, the cause must be identified, and the operation can be carried out after confirming the safety.
​​
(15) The construction personnel should extinguish the sparks generated during welding in time to prevent accidents.
​​
(16) During operation, coal dust, wood chips and other flammable materials must be removed from the operation site to prevent fire.
​​
(17) Effective protection of nearby equipment according to the situation during construction.
​​
(18) After the work is over, spray the construction site with water again, and keep people under supervision for no less than 60 minutes. After confirmation, report to the dispatcher before leaving the site.
​​
9. The MG200/610 shearer shall cut off the relevant power supply equipment before removing the bolts, and send a special person to take care of it. After the operation is completed, the person in charge of the construction shall release the on-site alert.
​​
10. All personnel must wear safety helmets, hood straps, and rubber shoes. It involves high-altitude operators looking for fixed points to fix safety ropes and fasten safety belts.

11. The operations not mentioned are strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".

Other safety technical measures
​​
1. Before hoisting operation, carefully check the hoisting tools required in the operation, and choose a moderate load. For the overloaded core, replace the suitable hoisting tools or disassemble the object, and the lifting operation can only be carried out after meeting the standards. .

2. When lifting objects, they must be tied firmly, and the stress conditions of various places should be checked in detail, and lifting can only be carried out when there is no condition. If the object has water chestnuts or the surface is smooth, a non-slip layer should be laid on the water chestnuts or smooth places.

3. When the chain wear of the chain hoist exceeds 5% of the original diameter, it is strictly forbidden to use the hoist. When zipping the zipper, both hands should apply force evenly, not too fast or too fast. When the lifting object needs to be suspended in the air, the zipper should be tied to the large chain to prevent slipping.

4. In any case, it is strictly forbidden to use the body weight to balance the heavy objects to be lifted, and it is strictly forbidden to stand on the lifting objects or lift them down.

5. When carrying out hoisting operations, it must be under the unified command of the person in charge of the construction. The construction personnel must concentrate on it, and it is strictly forbidden to play and play, and the use of unqualified hoisting appliances is strictly prohibited.

6. When dismantling the belt conveyor, follow the measures step by step, and it is strictly forbidden to work up and down at the same time.

7. It is strictly forbidden to go to work after drinking, and it is strictly forbidden to go to work with fatigue.
​​
8. Each time a worker participates in an operation, he or she should understand the operation item, work content, plan the operation procedure, and clarify the safety technical measures and relevant regulations related to the operation.

Construction plan and demolition sequence
​​
1. Clean up the silt, scattered coal and gangue in the roadway along the xxxx belt.
​​
2. Remove the coal baffle, coal sweeper, coal chute and other accessories to facilitate the removal of the belt conveyor.
​​
3. Remove all kinds of belt centralized control protection systems, and classify and store them neatly.
​​
4. Cut off the KBZ-400 power feed, soft starter, and mine flame retardant cable of the belt conveyor, and classify and store them neatly.
​​
5. Before loosening the conveyor belt, use the reverse chain to fix the bottom conveyor belt to prevent sliding.
​​
6. Turn the starter of the tensioning winch to the reverse direction (loose) and protrude the conveyor belt.
​​
7. Remove the tensioning winch and reel the wire rope to facilitate exiting the well.
​​
8. Loosen the joint of the conveyor belt, manually pull the upper conveyor belt of the belt conveyor into the trough, and roll it up and place it in a wider part of the trough, so that the material transport team can transport it out of the well.

10. Remove the unloading roller of the machine head
​​
(1) Lift the anchor rod, then use two 5T inverted chains to hang the unloading drum, remove the fixing screws and lower the unloading drum to the safety designated area.

(2) Remove the support and unloading roller bracket of the machine head, adhere to the principle of disassembly as soon as possible, disassemble the bracket and large parts into small parts and then load and transport them.

11. Remove the head frame and drive roller
​​
(1) Remove the head frame guard net and side frame piece by piece and transport them to the designated place.
​​
(2) Remove the redirecting roller and drag roller.

(3) Separate the 1# and 2# drive rollers to disengage the reducer from the drive roller connection device.

(4) Remove the screws that fix the driving drum, lay the sleepers at the lower part, and use the 5T reverse chain to move the driving drum to the designated position.
