Use φ15 galvanized steel pipe to make pipelines, and make branch pipelines at the diverting drum on each layer. The branch pipelines are installed in parallel and 400mm above the diverting drum. Each parallel pipeline is provided with 4 atomizing nozzles. Equipped with solenoid valve multi-point control, relying on a self-priming pump to boost pressure to form an antifreeze spray device.

3. Application effects

After the application of the roller spraying device of the belt conveyor, by spraying the antifreeze on the surface of the roller, the freezing phenomenon of the roller can be slowed down and the occurrence of equipment failures can be reduced. 1 to 2 times a week to achieve good application effect and ensure effective production time.
